Hey everyone! Have you ever had a real inspiration to bake or had to make something for an occasion but didn't have any eggs? I've DEFINITELY been in that position and not just with eggs... To help you and I, I've created a list for the simplest egg substitutes. Okay, so for cookies and cakes (can be used for more too) I use 1/4 cup of vegetable oil (canola works too) in place of one egg. Bananas work too if you're not afraid of an altered taste. I'd use about 1/2 of a pureed banana (1/4 cup) in place of one egg. On the track of fruit, I've also used 1/3 cup of applesauce in place of 1 egg.
