Hey everyone! You know what I love in the winter? Well actually what everyone loves... hot cocoa! We all remember those days after frolicking in the snow when we'd run inside and beg our moms to whip up a quick mug of chocolate goodness. I especially loved the Swiss Miss brand with colorful marshmallows... until I discovered that our pantry was empty. At the time, it was unheard of to not have anymore hot chocolate packets in the cabinet but I guess me and my siblings had been plowing through them. I ended up using Ovaltine in warm milk but the experience was quite scarring. To prevent situations like this unfortunate one, I have adopted a recipe of my own that today, I will share with you!
Homemade Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
You can add in 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract if you are in a minty mood.
You can add in a pinch of cinnamon to add some seasonal flavoring.
I hope you enjoy this exceptional recipe (if I can say so myself :))
